Jay graduated from Tulane Law School with a Certificate in Sports Law and has worked as a staff attorney for more than 10 years.
His litigation experience includes a variety of corporate defendants in both criminal and civil proceedings. As part of ZS Sports, Jay has assisted with the representation of professional baseball players in civil actions, and has represented players, agents, and agencies in MLBPA arbitrations. He also provides statistical analysis in support of MLB salary arbitration hearings and has been a guest arbitrator at the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition for the past two years.
